Our NDT lab has the greatest diversity of industrial CT systems in North America, including an exclusive high-energy computed tomography system. This innovative system provides rapid inspection of larger parts up to 44.5” in diameter by 63” inches in height and cleaner imaging of mixed material parts and assemblies. We also offer radiographic testing services for high volume part sorting applications and 3D scanning for external imaging.

Our inspection process is repeatable, traceable, and customized to meet client needs, providing accurate and unbiased data for a range of applications. We provide detailed inspection data for failure analysis, identifying features like wall thicknesses and defects like cracks and porosity. We also conduct pre-production and production inspection to validate dimensions for FAI metrology requirements, perform x-ray lot inspection of quarantined, warranty, or recalled parts in sorting applications, and provide reverse engineering for design feedback and actual/nominal comparisons for checking out of tolerance features.
